Come out to the Arboretum this Saturday November 5th to help clean up the woods! This is a perfect time in the season to be out there with all the pretty fall colors. We’ll be working on the Wingra Oak Savanna (see map here) from 9am – noon if weather permits. Come by bus, bike, or car. Let Victoria know if you plan on coming and whether you're driving or need a ride.
Note: The more people that come, the more fun it will be! :)

Who loves wings?! The UW Tri team is excited to be working with Quaker Steak and Lube as part of their "Make a Difference Monday" program. On Monday November 28th, the MIDDLETON location will donate 5% of their total in-store food sales for that whole day to our team. Some of the team officers will also be staffing a booth there from 5-8 pm to explain more about our team and take donations. Help us pay for our trip down to the Collegiate National Championships in Tuscaloosa, AL in April. Tell your family! Tell your friends! Tell the other groups you're a part of! Click here for the Middleton location's address and other info.

For a fundraiser, we are selling Bucky Books this semester. These are really awesome coupon books good for establishments all over Dane County- tons of 50% coupons and even lots of FREE stuff in there! You'll need to sell 4 for this to count as a team fundraising credit, and you have until December 5th to do this. Convince your family to buy one for you, sell to your friends, TAs, random people on the street, whatever you want. A lot of us are interested in selling them in small groups as well. Contact Victoria (
