January 2010 - Check the new message boards for summer workouts posted by your teammates, and post any of your own!

The old Message Board will soon no longer be used. We needed to migrate to a newer board to streamline the website and reduce the number of problems we'll have with it. Please register a new username on this website, and begin using the new message board by clicking on the link on the menu to the left.

All of the results and photos from the old site will be back up soon, but it is a very painstaking process of data entry to get them all hand-entered into the new database, so it will take some time. In the meantime, the old results are still visible on the old website by clicking here.
