about workouts:
Do not come to all of the workouts…Remember, prevent injury
and over-training. Come to the workouts that fit into
your
schedule and feel free to use the Message Board if you plan on
doing one of your own workouts. Please feel free to
try us out by coming to any of the workouts. The Swim workouts
meet at the pool of the designated building, the Runs outside
of the indicated building. Dryland meets in the back corner
of the Shell at the far end of the bleachers.
